Re: Help me Identify this bird
from the pic.. it appears that you have a fully adult cock bird.. and if its currently wild then its likely to remain so and be stressed under such a confinement.. suggest you let him into a bigger flight aviary .. he may calm down but never to a point where you will see him engage in a conversation...

Kappa not a poor colored pallid..the red eye and light hue = pallid ino..you will not be the first to breed pallid ino hens...the problem lies with those that theorise that its impossible..there is either a new theory to argue the old one or a new mutation name for these pallid ino hens.

the black beaked indian ringneck is not a commonly found bird..often hybrid krameri to manilensis produce black beaked birds..and there are samples of pure manilensis with black beaks in India and in Phillipines..no know mutation has been produced from this..

Recio I have always understood the turquoise to be a different form of blue for want of a better description,,and not a combination of blue an other. Therefore blue is not needed for turq to express itself in sf ie..heterozygotically...Hence a green/turq to like paired produces this hetero turquoise...

Recio, I have seen turq parblue develop from almost blue to a saddleback turqblue to a completely turq blue...add this to dom pied then you have an almost blue bird develop a yellow sadddle and then a turq dom pied at maturity.. Jazz,
I suspect that this is either pbfd or a related viral anomaly.
Get the bird tested..then if clear of diseases,, breed and if it is a mutation you can reproduce it in many different colors.

Madas the barrings are typical of Misty..it has been also suggested that such barrings are caused by the inclusion of sl edge in the combo...there is a distinct difference in the edge markings...and sl edge is certainly not a part of this specimen.
