How to determine a parrot's favourite treat???

Hello everyone,
So I would like to know what is the best approach in determining my Aero's favourite treat. The reason why I ask this is that I normally slide pieces of fruit through the cage bars into his perch. He also doesnt take his treats till like 10-20 minutes later, Any ideas???

Ok so when i got Aero he didn't know how to play with toys. Reading about Rocky gave me such inspiration that I started doing research.
