Re: help with IRN and GCC
I have them far away from each other. But I do not have a spot that I can move the other bird (small Apartment) He gets the same attention as before and if I let him out and not the other then he goes and tries to get his cage. I am working on it but not it is going slowly Thank you.

help with IRN and GCC
I just got a GCC and my IRN is doing everything to go after him. If he is out of his cage he tries to get the GCC off the playstand and will even go in the GCC cage and not come out and when I try to get him he bites me which is not normal. so I have to keep him in his cage :( I do not have another ...

Re: Top Ten Bird killers
I was not offended or anything. I was just pointing out that I always wait until they are old and know how to fly well before clipping. one thing i stress about is that when bird wings are clipped it is still not safe for them to be outside without a cage or harness. They can still fly with drafts a...

Re: Top Ten Bird killers
Right to young of an age is a bad thing. If I ever get into a place that it is safer for them to be nonclipped then I will allow it but we are in a small apartment and really no room for him to fly expect into a wall or something :( My ringneck knows about windows he always glides right to the sill ...

Re: Top Ten Bird killers
I use to breed cockatiels and I would leave the parents alone while they were mating. I always keep a partial to full clip on my birds because I do not have the room for full flight. I was getting one of the parents out to clip her wings she had molted during breeding. She got away from me and flew ...

I make all my toys at home. I buy things from different place to make Gizmo's toys. He loves to destroy anything so it saves me lots of money here is part of his play area! I will be adding on to soon. Still deciding whether I Should get a Quaker parrot or another ringneck or just have him.
