Fidgit only gets talkative in 3 situations. if i leave him sitting on top of his cage to long (well to long for his liking anyway) if he is on my should and there is a fair bit of back ground noise, e.g. the fan on in the bathroom, noise in the kitchen or having the radio on. and on the odd occasion...
