Re: What is your bird's favorite kind of music?

My birdies love Classical/Baroque Music Scarlatti, Bach, and anything on a Classical Station. but they go crazy when I play Soler's Harpsichord Fandango (I guess because its super fast). One day I'll have to post video of them going crazy. THey start bobbing their heads and trying to follow along wi...

Re: Rest in Peacy my little Baby

That is terrible :( I couldn't fathom the loss of any of my babies.. especially to even think they were killed viciously by a stray cat.. :(

I hope you have already found the comfort you needed.

Re: Hey Everyone

OMG thats terrible!

I am very glad your baby pulled through :)

I recently rescued one from a flea market.. Named him Simon. He is going through a recovery right now (neglect/abuse)..

reading good news on this forum cheers me up and makes me look forward to a happy and healthy Simon.

Re: New

was this after the standard 30 day quarantine? never put a new bird in with your current pets (as the new bird might have an unknown disease/parasite). Keep them in a separate room in separate cages to rid yourself of the risk of infecting your current birds.. After the quarantine: I try to familiar...

Im a new owner of an IRN too..

I am having the same issues with mine.. Although Mine i feel was abused before i purchased him.

Re: New member

OH wow!

Sounds like a full time job caring for that many birds :)

Wish I could retire and just take care of mine.

I agree about this website. From what I've read everyone is very respectful and provide excellent answers to questions.

Welcome to the Forum.

Re: Greetings from Texas!

James from Dallas here. Very Nice to meet Fellow Texans.

New to IRN/ARN's.

I recently Acquired one at a local Flea Market. Felt more like a rescue than a purchase.

This is a very good and informative Forum. Great work by the Mods. I hope to learn more about this beautiful species of bird.
