leave the blood feathers alone, unless they get broken then they will need pulling. All birds have blood feathers its how feathers grow once they have grown then the vein that supply's the blood dries up and the feather becomes like the rest of the other feathers. These are completely normal.

can be done in extreme circumstances, quite a dangerous procedure. Which is why I really wouldnt do it unless absolutely completely necessary.

the feathers on that wing are short and arent formed properly I will try and take a pic of it. So i think the only real way to stop her picking at them is to take the whole wing off.
