Re: space heaters???

That's kind of a good question, but not one I have an answer for, just a warning from when i had a Cockatiel over 15yrs ago, had a gas heater and mine decided to fly over to it when it had been on for multiple hours, It's sad to think back a laugh but it was so funny, you saw him land on the heater,...

Re: Personality in young birds?

They both sound adorable as anything, and I can totally understand with 'being disappointed somewhat', Having lost a cheeky cuddly inquisitive and as we all seen how destructive they can be, n they can have a somewhat attitude of 'What's mine is mine, & what is your is mine, & what isn't min...

Re: AM I MAKING PROGRESS WITH MY 8WK OLD IRN????

Id say your little baby is content with just sitting there.

If yo can see him shaking or what then you'll know.

You're lucky to have such an affectionate IRN, my new IRN is like an ADHD child, won't sit still.

Sounds like your making strides.

ADHD

I swear my IRN, Marmalade has ADHD. This is my second IRN, my first decided to prove that the fix to the window she could still escape from. Needless to say I'd lost my best friend, she was the most loving, attentive bird that I'd ever had and was so cute an cuddly. OK my question, not sure if it's ...

Re: help tame my IRN's

If they are wild birds than they might be majorly peeved... I'd start with a thick glove if you're trying to handle them. The more time you spend around them the more they'll get use to you, don't try and push it with them. Show them you're their friend. Getting a guide on cutting their wings proper...

Re: smoke anyone?

I wished that I'd know about the, guess you'd say distructiveness of Ring Necks when I'd first got mine, by no means does that mean I wouldn't have gotten him, just means I would have been a lot more carefull of my shoes, glasses, chains, my computer gear, pens, an anything else he could have gotten...
