I have 3 breeding pairs in one cage 9m x 3m x 3m and they seem fine, when i 1st put them in together i left the breeding boxes out for month or so to let them get use to each other, then when I put the breeding boxes in, they were fine until they started laying one yellow was beat up, but i figure s...

OK, I just had one die in the nest box, he was just about to start getting his colour feathers, unfortunately I only found out by the looks after a couple weeks and could not tell if he was dmaged or not.

Hi all,
I new to breeding INR's I inherited 4 breeding pairs from my grandfather who can no longer look after them.
do you remove the young from the breeding boxes or do you let them come out on their own?

The 3 pairs have been housed in the same avary for the past couple of months and seem to get on fine.

Can you house multiple breeding partners together
I'm about to inherit either 3 or 4 breeding pairs, can you house multiple breeding pairs in the one cage.
Cage dimenssions, 8m (24ft) long, 2.4m (8ft) wide and 2.7m (9ft) high.
