I can assure you there is a difference between sl edged/cinnamon and sl edged-cinnamon in phenotype. I still own a green sl edged/cinnamon/dilute cock but sold a green sl edged-cinnamon. Will contact the breeder to get the bird for comparison pics.

I totally agree with Johan. I have a few matured dilute opaline hens and none of them display a darker head, by adding sl edged I believe we can improve some of the opaline trade marks.

If you compare the tail of the opaline harlequin hen with a harlequin or opaline you will see that it is darker then both opaline and harlequin. Why ?

Must admit some Ozy breeders say it isn't worth producing the combo but for my eyes it is beautiful.

Yes, in 2012 the Dblue SL Edged-cinnamon cock paired to a blue hen gave me 0,1 blue cinnamon, 1,0 Dblue SL Edged/cinnamon and 0,2 Dblue SL Edged-cinnamon. In 2013 as mentioned when paired to a Cinnamon-ino/blue hen only gave me 0,0,1 Cinnamon (to be sexed tomorrow).

In 2012 a Blue adm pied/cinnamon & SL Edged-cinnamon/blue/pied gave me 1-1 blue/pied, 0-1 blue cinnamon/pied and 1-0 SL Edged-cinnamon/blue/pied. I can test this SL Edged-cinnamon/blue/pied cock with a cinnamon or SL Edged-cinnamon pied to make sure he is SL Edged-cinnamon.
