I did the same as "Greeny". They gave me an answer via email and will also mail me a certificate. It was only 20.00. From what I hear the accuracy is high.

I was sitting in my chair next to Kiwis cage and talking to my Mom. It was her first time meeting Kiwi. And then plain as day she said "good girl" twice. I was sooo excited I scared her from all the noise I was making. LOL

I do clip my birds wings. To me it makes it easier to work with them and I like to take mine outside with me.
