A great addition to the bottom of a cage are rocks and logs to perch on .. I don't like the idea of my birds hoping around on bars either .. in the wild the'd be on solid ground... So I place flat rocks and assorted size shaped rocks on the newspaper and bug free (non toxic )logs that are big enough...

I ordered a cage with one inch bar spacing and did not even unpack it.. one look at the bars when the cage arrived was enough to tell me that it was dangerous...it was an accident waiting to happen. I ended up buying two of these cages for my two ringnecks... the bar spacing is half an inch... http:...

Hi. I'm off to LA again Sunday. Can't go near the bird guy though or I'll end up bringing more birds home. Will take photos when I get back on Tuesday. They're outside right now, beautiful weather here in Arizona. Taco is making all kinds of noise, Pika doesn't vocalize as much... He's such a cutie ...

I prefer the green over any other color and that green in the photo is just gorgeous. I have two green males (recent rescues) and can't wait for them to display their true colors. Now they're properly housed and on a healthy diet. One of them (Pika) is very dull at the moment, missing his entire tai...

Hi guys. I'm a new member with 2 male ringnecks. I own a boutique in AZ and rescued the birds from a horrible street vendor in LA, where I go twice a month on buying trips. Pika was the first one I recued. He was sitting on the bottom of a tiny cage, crowded so full of lovebirds that most couldn't e...
