Generally at pet store brought bells, they normally say what they are made of, as in copper nickel etc..
unless you're talking about seed bells, they usually consist of basic seed mix, with an ediable safe glue subtance.

we've padded the floor of her cage with towels, so when we go out later today if she falls its a soft landing..and we've lowered the food water and perches so its not a high fall....we're only going out for an hour or two..

Thanks for your replies i got her checked out and shes just molting! which is a relief, her cage is quiet large and she has many toys majority of the ones she loves playing with are handmade ones out paper etc...
