Thank you, that is the best explanation I could ever get. It totally puts my mind at ease and makes sense. I definately don't expect perfection or it to be easy. Even with the challenges I find he is perfect to us. It is a bit harder when you don't understand them. I totally am now. I know all anima...

I had no idea. We are new parents. We took our little guy into a tropical bird store for grooming. They did much better than the vet and spent a lot of time and had a lot of info for us. We sat for about an hours and watched them groom wings, beaks and nails. Ours was a stray so it needed it. Maybe ...

I am kind of leary of General parrot books when it comes to learning about our IRN. They are helpful in many ways but seem tso broad. I see other parrot type birds at the store eating food that I know Buddy couldn't handle. I haven't found any IRN books in the store so I am going to shop online for ...

New Ringneck Owner in AZ
We just became owners of a stray ringneck. Bought a huge cage to care for him until we found the owners thinking if we did we would find a bird of our own. We always wanted a bird. The people who found this bird were feeding him wild seed and he was staying in a tiny dog carrier. Now he has a pentho...
