My pair didn't really like the wood chips though I do like to use it when breeding other species. I used Pete moss, it hurried along the whole process of getting eggs, so maybe u would like to look into that u get it from the nursery, just make sure it isn't treated. They were in breeding for like 7...

:D I found taming the IRN female from the aviary easier than taming the galahs. I would recommend clipping so that she can get use to u, it really does help, u can let them grow out after she has bonded with you, although misses chook is fully flighted and I had no trouble with her

To keep them happy make sure their are lots of toys, this gives them something to do while you are not their, also provide lots of veggies and fruit this 2 can be VERY fun and interesting for birds

he he :wink: All I can say, from what I know that when they sneeze it means your feeding 2 quickly and its getting in the wind pipe.. I hope he's doing well, just remember hand feeding mite be tiring now but once it's over you’ll want to do it again ASAP so take your time and enjoy it :wink:

Yea really depends, my big old chook hates all other birds and gets really jealous if I have others out and not him, my love bird bubs will attack any other bird who tries to fly onto me, and will try and attack chook, it's kinda funny because they take over :D some birds will some won’t
