Clipping wings can end up more dangerous so i would say no in your situation! I let mine on my shoulder but i know i can trust them not to have my eye out :lol: I suppose it depends on the bird, if they are well behaved and wont bite i cant see a problem with it. My caique loves hiding in my hair when shes on my shoulder :lol:

Im from staffordshire, west midlands and i paid £140 for billy with a cage, stand and toys. But he was a private sale done through a petshop and he was about 3/4years old.

IMO i diagree with wing clipping unless it is the very last resort for safety reasons. My advice would be give him plenty of treats out of your hand then he will learn that your hand brings good things and he can trust you. thats what i did with billy :D hope this helps
