Hello,
My parrot is really gluttonous and when I give her a peanut she eats it so fast that she barely can swallows.

What do you think male or female?
Hello! This is my second parrot named Rango. I am not sure what gender is my new Indian Ringneck friend. There are some photos of Rango. I think the year he has hatched is 2011. I hope that it will turn out male because I already have a beautiful 4-year-old IRN. Thank you for your suggestions. :D :D...

Re: To clip or not to clip
In my opinion you should not clip her wings. My parrot Rafiki, didn't want to get i his cage but I tricked him! Every time when he refused to go in the cage I put an apple ( he must see it ) in the cage and I pull over then few minutes later he can't stand any more knowing that there is an apple in ...

Re: my new parrot
Yes, it is going to get better! My parrot used to do such things. You just keep socialize with her and it will get better and better soon you will be able to carry her on your hand and she will be happy for your support . Wish you luck and do not forget announcing the progress !!

Re: Is this behavior typical "male"?
Hello! In my case is the same. I have one yellow IRN and I still don't know if it is he or she but he\she is dancing the same way that you described. And when he\she sees something round( like a ball or something) he\she goes crazy. It's very funny and when I approach the ball sometime he\she goes a...

Re: Xandir’s gone/flew away
I'm really sorry! My cousin had this problem recently. She lives on the 18th floor and her African grey parrot flew away. We started looking for him every morning and evening when they are most active. We spread wanted posters everywhere but unfortunately we live in the capital. We haven't found him...

Please hel...

Re: My New Indian Ringneck's Behaviour
My IRK was the same. He was very cowardly. First, I started giving him fruits ( pieces apples their favorite ) in a bow and when he could recognize the food I started to give the piece of apple through the cage. You have to be very patient. The I started to open the cage and pass the piece near the ...

Hello! I am Nana from Bulgaria. I am so happy that I found a place like this. I have my Indian parrot for almost an year. I still don't know whether it is male or female but I refer to ''him" as a male. His name is Rafiki (means friend in Swahili). When I bought him he wasn't in a very good con...
