yey, my birthday was awesome...ok well today i went to Petco...just opened...and they didnt have any IRNs...y dont pet stores have IRNs...down here in the Valley...ummm really south in Texas...they dont have IRNs...i've looked everywhere...and no luck...i feel so lonely

i was wondering if mating season was over here in the United States???
my budgies seem to have layed eggs, some are laying and one had a baby chick born this Saturday...so i was wondering when my IRN where going to start laying???

well i have my ringnecks outside, so i dont know how many hours of light they get. ummm the male irn was trying to get on the female the other day, but he wasnt succesfull, i think... ok well it looks like she might start laying in a month or so. thanx for your help,

ok, i have two green IRNs. if they mate will they have all green chicks?
what if they are not like pure green, what if they have some other color gene in them, would they produce another color chick?
and does anyone know the breeding season for IRNs???

I agree with ringneck, my irn's eyes were black, when he was young, but they changed now. they look normal. i have a younger irn, and she has black eyes also, and i think they r changing already. so yeah, i think they have them dark when they r small.

yes it helps, but i wouldnt want him to over heat

so he gets shade from the tree his cage is under and i always have his water cup full.

well i have a question about the color of my IRN. what is it called, just green, or does it have another name to it??? he does have some shades of blue on its wings, and he has a quite a lot on his head, u can see from the pictures i posted on the top. and his belly and crop are some weird green. ag...

well i read it, but i dont think i can help I'm not sure what your asking??? i guess that if you want a good quality bird, u should get it from a good breeder that knows what he's doing...but to produce one yourself i'm not sure, maybe the parents have to be good quality. but what do u mean with goo...

I just got a new IRN, she looks very young, not even a year old, but gets very scared by people. the owner grabbed her, so she bit him, and he started bleeding. i dont want to get hurt, so i need help on how to tame her, and can i still tame her??? please help, anyone

One day i was sleeping, when my mom wakes me up and tells me that there is a bird outside trying to get into my budgies cage. then i go outside and find this beautiful turquoise, parrot like bird on top of my budgies...
