how to breed pied blue
HI there I was wondering how i'd breed out a pied blue, those guys are autosomal recessive correct?
How would it work if I have a blue male? or would he have to be a split for pied ?
Also what does it mean if I have a blue with blue iris ?
Thanks =)

Website with mutations
Hi there,
I remember I came across a website that has a good number of pictures with mutations on it- i'm sure many of you may have come across it before if you've googled it.
I can't for the life of me re-find it, if anyone can hook me up i'd greatly appreciate that =D

Re: To clip or not to clip
DON'T CLIP!!! i'll never clip a bird again. My relationship with my gcc has exponentially increased ever since we've practiced flying. Theres nothing like it. Hes thrilled every time we fly and practice. If your ringneck does touch training then you are well on your way. Just yesterday I flew him do...

How does parent raised birds progress into bluffing ?
Hi all, So its been about 1 month since I brought my parent raised baby home. He lives with green cheek and they get along pretty well. He's (not sure on gender) gotten to the point where he'll eat, drink, and play when I'm in the room but will still move away if i'm closer to the cage. Seeing that ...

Re: Hi there, new ringneck owner
Hi Shonna thx for your reply. I do believe hes begun to eat now. Theres more poo around the cage bottom. I leave my room door shut and the other day I came home from work and I saw him perched by the food bowl and water bowl on 2 different occasions- meaning probably one thing. Water bowl is clean h...

Hi there, new ringneck owner

Hes flight feathers are all grown in, and hes looking bigger than a green cheek already. The seller told me hes seen the babies out of the nest box and exploring. I work most of th...
