I,m from dead smack in the middle of Aus ( Alice Springs) where it is hot hot hot at the moment, its been our hotest January for years just about every day above 40C :shock: . Still wouldn't have it any other way. Hopefully it will cool down a bit this month

Yes there was some garbage on the news the other night about wanting to ban the Ho Ho Ho! :shock:
I don't know who wanted it banned or why but I think most of us are quite happy Ho Ho Ho-ing our way around at Xmas :D

This is Jerry's new toy. He loves it, I put it out and he was straight on to it to have a look. He now spends most of his time on it. :D

Jerry is 12 weeks old now and is the biggest sticky beak. If he can't see us he tries to come and find us. He also still expects to be hand fed and is constantly begging. :D

Jerry flew in from Sydney. He was raised in Woollongong along with his 5 sisters. The family we got him from was great, they sent lots of photos from when he was first pulled from the nest and gave us lots of info and any ongoing support if we need it. They are currently raising more IRNs at the mom...

To freight a bird in Australia is easy although can be expensive. I have just had my new baby IRN freighted from Sydney to Alice Springs. The birds seem to travel well and the airport freight staff are good with getting them off the plane and into a stress free area as soon as possible ready for you...
