i'm not 100% sure but i think it can be harmfull if your bird eats alot of the pellet mix you can get for birds it is high in vitimin C so extra vit C from citrus fruits can be bad, just like people too much vit C can be bad as i said not 100% sure if this is true but i did read this on the net some...

you may have to make something occasional rather than regular, i did this with cooked rice, my birds go nuts over cooked rice they are like kids with lollies (candy) they get all the regular stuff (vege, fruit, pasta,ect) but to them rice is such a specal treat and its pritty good for them as well. ...

We have two IRN's, Falcon and Fang. They both love to come and lick the condensation off the outside of the wine glass. I put the wine glass on our coffee table but now the birds have worked out a way to climb up the curtain and use the height to jump onto the table. They don't do it to beer glasses...
