Is that 3 weeks until the hen will lay eggs after mating or 3 weeks until the eggs start hatching? I am looking for the answer to both of these questions if anyone knows it?

I use Zupreem -- mostly fruit blend, some garden....is it garden goodness... the one with the peppers. The tiels and IRN like it, so I stopped checking brands while I was ahead. Of course they disagree about the banana shapes -- one cage of tiels won't eat those and the other won't eat the red ones...
