is 8 weeks old enough to be completely weaned? How did you wean, with abundance, or just simply cut him off? I know some birds regress back to needing hand feedings for a little bit..

Its been a few days, hope they made it allright.

I would have said do as you normally do, and don't act suspicious. If you start checking on them every 5 minutes, when you normally check on them once a day.. they might get more nervous and leave the nests.

we know which two are violet.. theres two of them.. it shows up in the rump. One factor a piece. The problem is is that with heavy piedness, they could turn up yellow, and without something making them yellow, they'd all be the blue/green colors the other two are.

its actually decreasing the amount of seeds for eclectus, which is the base of my food.. an ekkie diet, needs more fiber than other birds...
