at 7 weeks their beaks are still quite soft, so the pallets might be too hard. go get some millet spray, and have it everywhere he is. i started keeping millet with my 3 babies from 5 weeks, now at 6 weeks they are eating it. i have never weaned onto pallets so maybe someone else can give you advice...

even at 3-6 months old he was trying to beat up the King Parrot (3year male) at the pet store. even worse that amazon was trying to take over the kings cage.
he also takes on small dogs without too much difficulty, only thing he's afraid of is cats.

Tell you the truth i think you should have them in different cages, they could kill each other by accident but it could happen.

Try different cages and let them out to play with each other while under your watchful eye, then they go back to their own cages.

Ok update on Amazon.

He is fine nothing wrong with his diet but he is going to go onto pallets instead of seed, as he gets, meat, veges and fruit so he is good, a good weight and is happy all over.

im going to have to disagree with you sorry, my boy eats pretty much everything i eat and is healthy and happy. I dont see the problem with them eating meat, plus my boy has a little and i mean a little bit of milk products like cheese and milk, he doesnt like egg but loves chicken.

yea i spoke to the guy that has bred IRN for a while now and he will take a look at Amazon tomorrow when i see him for our breeding boxes, he thinks that Amazon has just maybe rubbed on something but did say he has knowen IRN to get their rings from the age of 1

We talk to Amazon just like he is a young child, very morning i get up come out to him adn say "Good Morning" then i say "shower time" and he will hop onto my arm and off for a shower. He isnt talking yet but im hoping he will start soon

i tend to chop lots of different fruits up adn put them in a bowl together making a fruit salad, or pineapple slices in his water he loves it and makes a nice drink too, he gets fruit on a kebab too, but the same as jibby Amazon doesnt liek banana even if i mix it in with other fruits.

Amazon does that with poop too, if i go to clean it up he runs and attacks too usally attacks the tissue or wet wipe that im using to clean it up, then when the vacuum cleaner comes out he attacks that too as it cleans up the poop and food off the floor he doesn like that idea.
