Rick, DO NOT breed this hen yet. It couuld cause egg binding or soft shelled eggs that will break inside of her...You need to get this birds calcium intake way up. Might even need a trip to the vet for a calcium shot...Feed her brocoli, ROMAINE lettuce, kale, green things, but NO spinach or parsley ...

Mrs. B has black under beak, but Luna my boy Lutino has a red one just like on top....I think it goes with most ringneck colors that get a black neck ring (in males and with female even if no ring) Luna has a rose and white neck ring that lutino's get..so he has a red lower beak....I hope this makes...

when you cut up fresh moist foods, sprinkle them with seeds...Believe me they will like seeds. Thank your stars that the baby is eating fresh foods! So many birds eat ONLY seeds and we have to struggle to get them to eat the fresh foods.....Eating seeds will come all in its own time...right now stuf...
