If I owned the Cobalt and need to pick just one of the other birds, I would pair it with the Green CT (aka YHYT).
You would produce Green and DarkGreen both split to Blue CT.
If the Green CT was split to Blue, you would produce
Green/BCT
Blue/CT
DarkGreen/BCT
Cobalt/CT

Green. Unless the hen also carries the "Aqua" gene, then they will also produce "Aqua" babies
